Affinity offers bespoke design and printing to all trades. Our clients include the health & safety, fire, security, electrical, CCTV, manufacturing, property management, construction & chemical industries.

Our aim is to be a one stop shop for all printing requirements.  We are a small family run company that has been trading successfully for over ten years.  We liaise with our clients via phone or email ensuring that all specifications are met before supplying quality printing.

We supply customised NCR certificates and forms in a choice of 2 part (duplicate), 3 part (triplicate) or 4 part (quadruplicate) sets with 1 or 2 pages. These are available in 25 or 50 sets per pad. All pads are glued and supplied with a grey hardboard back.
We supply a wide range of bespoke vinyl electrical safety labels to illustrate the dangers faced when working with electricity. Examples include Periodic Inspection and Test labels, Warning No Provision For Earth Labels, Circuit Details Labels, Wire Colour Coded Labels, Battery Test Labels, Fused Spur Labels & Fuse Board Circuit Labels.
Vinyl bellbox labels can be designed and printed to your requirements. They can be cut into any shape or size. We supply large or short runs. Please contact us for more details.
Panel labels are printed on vinyl and can be designed to your specific requirements including company logo and details. The standard size label is 50 x 90mm.
Bespoke vinyl CCTV housing labels can be supplied in large or short runs. They are used to advertise company details on the side of CCTV housing cameras.
CCTV DPA (Data Protection Act) rigid signs are supplied mainly on 5mm foamex. They can be designed to your requirements including logo and company details. They can be ordered in any size.

1. CLIENT

 REQUIREMENTS

Email your logos, wording and accreditations along with all your specifications to: affinitygraphics@aol.com

2. DESIGN

We will email you proofs and work with you via phone and/or email until you are happy  with the design.

3. CLIENT APPROVAL

You must send a confirmation email giving your approval of the proof.

4. PAYMENT

Once you have given quantities of the printing required an invoice will be produced.  Payment is normally via BACS – details are supplied on the invoice. Paypal can also be accepted on request.

5. SHIPPING

We recommend that you email once payment has been made to ensure a faster service. Printing will be delivered within 3 – 10 working days.
